Ballard Kitchen & Dining Room Remodel - Home Birth Year 1930

A 100 square foot kitchen became a cooking paradise by relocating the stairwell basement entry from the kitchen and removing a built-in ironing board allowing for full space redesign. Opens arches to the kitchen mimic other arches original to the home. This is a perfect example of vintage fresh design for maximum work and conversational flow. All photos by John Gussman.
